July 2010 – Kasiga School, Dehra Dun
Leap Education initiated the creation and establishment of Vision – Mission – Values in this relevantly new School with a comprehensive 2 Phase Workshop Program for the entire Faculty Team led by the Principal and involving the Directors; in a beginning from the ground approach, the Team was led through entire process of creation and management of the Vision of the School.
The success of this Program later culminated in Leap Education being appointed as Operational Education Consultants of Kasiga School for a 2 year period from November 2010 to October 2012.
April 2011 – Rabindra Vidya Niketan, Keonjhar, Odisha
Our first New School opened in the Iron Ore Capital of India with 104 students in Class III to VII; has since grown to 350 students from Class I to Class IX with the first batch of Class X to take their Board Exams in March 2015; affiliated to CBSE.
April 2011 – Unison World School, Dehra Dun
Experiential Learning Program in the Outdoors was conducted as a 5 Day Program for 62 students and staff at Cloud End Forest Camp in Mussoorie and another 71 students at Camp Utopia in Gaja, New Tehri; the theme was Adventure and Nature.
April 2012 – Unison World School, Dehra Dun
Ramgarh Jungle Camp was inaugurated by hosting 51 students and staff of Unison World School, Dehra Dun for a 5 Day Experiential Learning Program in and around the Rajaji National Park comprising Jungle, Nature, Village Community Interaction and mild Adventure.
June 2012 – Scindia School, Gwalior
Leap Education spent 3 days in the Fort to conduct a Faculty Development Program on `Effective Lesson Planning’ for the entire Faculty Team of Scindia School; it comprised presentations, discussions, group work, individual activity and homework with a comprehensive TakeAway for immediate implementation.
September 2012 – Welham Girls School, Dehra Dun
LEAP Education conducted a full day workshop for the IPSC (Indian Public Schools’ Conference) on 21st September’ 2012 at Welham Girls School, Dehra Dun. It was a grand success and 30 delegates came from Eminent Schools across the country. The Workshop, “A Fine Balance” covered the topics- Vision, Mission, Action; Decision Making and Brilliant Individuals Vs Effective Teams.
January 2013 – Welham Boys School, Dehra Dun
LEAP Education conducted a Faculty Development Workshop at Welham Boys School, Dehra Dun on January 31, 2013 on the topic of `Working as an Effective Team'
February 2013 – Hopetown Girls School, Dehra Dun
152 Students and Staff of Hopetown Girls School, Dehra Dun had a Day long Outdoor Jungle and Nature Program with a Picnic at the Ramgarh Jungle Camp on February 9, 2013; this was by far the largest group - and one of the finest in terms of discipline, motivation and inspiration - to be hosted at the Camp.
March 2013 – Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Uttarakhand
Mr Anurag Sangal addressed the Annual Session of CII Uttarakhand on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 on the topic of `Skill Development in School Education'. His talk was part of the Special Plenary Session on "PARTNERSHIPS FOR SKILL DEVELOPMENT" and was recognised as very insightful, meaningful and purposeful.
April 2013 - Ramgarh Jungle Camp hosted Orchid International School
50 Students and 9 Staff of the Orchid International School, Nashik were hosted at Ramgarh Jungle Camp from Friday, April 5 to Friday, April 12, 2013 for an Experiential Learning Program comprising InCamp activities based on Nature, Jungle, Bird Watching and Interactive discussion on films on the Rajaji National Park; supplemented by educational interactive programs at the unique institutions of Dehra Dun; trek to the famed Park Estate and George Everest House in Mussoorie and a darshan of the holy Ganges in Rishikesh and Haridwar
May 2013 – B K Birla Centre for Education, Pune
LEAP Education – as a 13 member Team of Directors with experienced and expert Instructors – conducted `Lets get Effective’ an InSchool Experiential Learning Program for 200 students of the BK Birla Centre for Education, Pune from Thu, May 2 to Sun, May 5, 2013. Held to coincide with the 15th anniversary of the prestigious school, the program kept the young boys and girls fully engrossed and occupied in a range of individual and group activities designed to make them progress from `Good to Great’.
May 2013 – Oberoi International School, Mumbai
Ms Anuradha and Mr Anurag Sangal conducted a Parent Involvement Program for the PTA Community Café of the Oberoi International School, Mumbai on Tuesday, May 7, 2013. Over 250 parents registered and about 200 attended the Program comprising a presentation, talk, discussion and question-answers; all around the common interest areas of Role of Parents, Expectations from Children and their School, Challenges before Children-Teacher-Parent-School etc.
Mr Anurag Sangal inaugurated the PTA Community Café in their spanking new premises in the School Building provided by the Oberoi International School to the PTA; and Ms Anuradha Sangal and he participated in a Round Table discussion with the Parents on issues of academic interest. This support from the School to the PTA is a wonderful initiative worth emulating by all Schools.
June 2013 – Orchid International School, Nashik
Mr Anurag Sangal was a Resource Person on the topic of `Excellence and Effectiveness’ in the Teacher Learning Program of the Orchid International School, Nashik on Thu/Fri, June 6-7, 2013.
LEAP Education spent 5 days from Mon, June 3 to Friday, June 7, 2013 at the Orchid International School, Nashik to do a Strategic Review covering Quality School Governance, Operational Leadership, Financial Feasibility and prospects of Growth by enhanced Branding and fresh Positioning.
September 2013 – Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya
LEAP Education conducted a Two day IPSC Trust-in service Training Program for the House Mistress/ Masters at Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya, Gwalior on 6th and 7th September 2013. " Lets Get Effective' was the topic of workshop and it was attended by 31 delegates from the premier Schools from all over India.
November 2013 – The Doon School, Dehra Dun
An overnight Experiential Learning Camping Program was hosted for 41 Students and Teachers on November 9, 2013 on the theme of Jungle and the outdoors.
November 2013 – Hopetown Girls School, Dehra Dun
Children’s Day celebrations for a record 265 Students and Staff of Hopetown Girls School, Dehra Dun vide an inspiring and enriching Day long Outdoor Jungle and Nature Program with a Picnic at the Ramgarh Jungle Camp; this student group beat their own School record in terms of size and being the finest in terms of discipline, motivation and inspiration - to be hosted at the Camp.
January 2014 – Hopetown Girls School, Dehra Dun
Leap Education conducted a 3 Day Faculty Learning Program inCampus at Hopetown Girls School, Dehra Dun on Jan 30-31 and Feb 1, 2014; the first two days was a Leadership Development Program for 15 members of School Leadership Team comprising the Section Co-ordinators and Academic Head(s) of Departments and the last day was a Traning Program on Assessment of Students' Work for all of the 65 Faculty Members.
March 2014 – Sanskar International School, Bargarh, Odisha
March 20, 2014 - Sanskar International School opened in Bargarh, Odisha with 243 students from Nursery to Class VII; this brand new facility was a LEAP project from concept to commissioning.
April 2014 – Dehra Dun
Sun, April 20, 2014 - One Day Premier Teacher Enrichment Workshop was conducted by Leap Education at the Doon Club in Dehra Dun; this was the first Open-Invite-Register Teacher Training Workshop in this area. 33 keen learners came from Dehra Dun, Saharanpur, Doiwala and Prem Nagar.
May 2014 – Bargarh, Odisha
Sanksar International School, Bargarh, Odisha - Mon, April 28 to Sat, May 3, 2014 - Leap Education conducted a 6 Day Teacher Learning Program for all Faculty to establish a strong Vision-based foundation for this New School; the Principal and a few Teachers of Rabindra Vidya Niketan, Keonjhar also participated for the first 3 days.
May 2014 - Sri Sri Academy, Kolkata
Sat, May 10 to Mon, May 12, 2014; Leap Education conducted a 3 Day Faculty Learning Program on Leadership and Team Building for the 30 Member Leadership Team of the School at the iconic Tollygunge Club.
June 2014 – Raipur, Chhatisgarh
LEAP Education visited Raipur, the vibrant capital of Chhatisgarh for 2 days on Mon-Tue, June 23 - 24, 2014 for the twin purpose of i) Site visits for a proposed New International School and ii) Upgradation of an Existing 4 year old CBSE School.
July 2014 – Disha School, Raipur
Leap Education was in Raipur from July 15 to 19, 2014 to commence the upgradation Program at Disha School with a clear mandate to make it the School of first choice in Raipur; a very promising set up with visionary management, brilliant teachers and bright students. The 4 sessions with all Students of Class XI and XII were extremely engaging while some wondeful educational insights were discussed in a day long Teacher Learning Program.
August 2014 - St Joseph's Academy, Dehra Dun
Sat, Aug 2 was very special; Mr Anurag Sangal and Team conducted a Student Development Program at his alma-mater St Joseph's Academy, Dehra Dun; on the theme 'Good to Great' for the Science Students of Class XII; an interactive program comprising a judicious mix of talk, video, presentation, experiental activities, debriefing and question-answers. The best feedback came when the students did not want the program to end even though it was to go home!
August 4-5, 2014 -New Delhi at The Bitty Oberoi Foundation
Mrs Anuradha Sangal was a learner at the 2 day Conference on Counselling for School Children" organised by The Bitty Oberoi Foundation at the Sanskrit School in New Delhi. Her feelings after this participation are i) We, the teacher community need to be SUPERHUMAN, as we are dealing with precious clay who look up to us for everything, ii) it is a challenge to deal with the needs of children with different abilities and to bring them into main stream, iii) all parents and teachers must enable their children to voice their feelings and the elders need to hear them out, ivi) creation of a safe environment for children must take top priority and v) there is so much happening, yet so much more needs to be done! Kudos to the effort of all counsellors and special educators who are so passionately involved in bringing about a change!

LEAP Education spent 4 days from Aug 26 to 28 for the Academic Review, Interaction with Students, Staff and Parents to complement the efforts of the dedicated Management of this wonderful School that has come from scratch under our tutelage.

May 2015 - Noida
LEAP Education commenced the Feasibility Study for The Mahagun Manthan School in Noida Extension; promoted by the reputed Mahagun Real Estate Developers as part of their new Mahagun My Woods Project.

Lockdown Blues - February to September 2020
Covid19 pandemic brings anything and everything to a grinding halt; committed for long Workshops and Conferences and Board Meetings are put on hold; travel plans and bookings made are cancelled. After a lull for a few days, new ideas and techniques emerge with Zoom as the first saviour and Google Meet and WhatsApp Video to follow. A semblance of work resumes for J B Shah Girls (PG) College, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan; Rabindra Vidya Niketan, Keonjhar; OASIS, Dehra Dun and of course, contributing participation in the new genre of Webinars, Online Discussions, Speaking at Virtual Conferences etc
September 2020 – Gyanshree School Noida
LEAP Education visits Gyanshree School, Noida for 3 days Sept 23-25, 2020 to commence the Program to develop this wonderful institution as a Centre of Excellence
October 2020 – North East Education Development Trust (NEED), Guwahati
LEAP Education visits Guwahati for 4 days Oct 15-18, 2020 to work with NEED to design and develop learning programs and institutionalise their working for the benefit of the young people of our North East.
